The Series 7000-8000 of labeling machines includes rotary machines of high services for the most varied bottles formats. The family 7000 has been designed to work from 3.000 bph even more than 10.000 bph. The family 8000 also includes the capsulado, with capsules dispenser, termocontracción and lamination in accordance with the type of capsule. The bottles can be rotated on its axis of mechanical form, of a predetermined way or by means of plates with servomotores controlled electronically for the most demanding applications.

The rotary labeling machines are the most versatile machines that exist since
they allow to label any type of bottle (cylindrical, conical, irregular …).
432, 540, 750 are made by turrets of primitive diameter, and 1.080mm. and its election will depend on the number of stations of labeling and/or on the speed of necessary production. The movement of the saucers of labeling can be by means of mechanical or electronic levy. In the machines with mechanical levy the bottle
a sequence realizes predeterminadade movements, personalized in function
of the bottle to be labeled and of the combination of tags. The machines with electronic levy allow a major flexibility, being indispensable when the orientation of the tag is realized by means of optical sensor; also they are advisable when it is necessary to apply transparent tags or particularly
you chatter. The electronic levy (card microprocessor GAI) manages of independent form the engine step by step of every saucer, allowing to programme the point deinicio of the movement, the sense, the duration and the ramps of acceleration and deceleration. All this allows to realize infinite combinations of labeling of the bottle, what turns it into the most flexible of the market. From the model 7540, the machine can be equipped with stars multiformat automatic, that adapt themselves to the diameter of the cylindrical packings and trunk conical.

The labeling stations have been designed and made entirely
for GAI. The movement is realized by engines step by step (for the scale 7400 and
7540) or engines brushless (scale 7700 and 7900). The stations are constructed
in stainless steel and they have vertical, horizontal and angular regulation, with indicators
numerical of position. The trip of the role support is marked at the stations to facilitate the change of bobbin. The management of the stations is centralized in the control panel and control of the machine. It is possible to foresee a station to apply a safety seal or not adhesive DOCG with an appropriate system of “biadhesive” (surrounding or biadhesive horizontal good "i") Precision of the stations ± 1 mm.

This saucer one can transform easily (with an accessory in endowment) in a saucer without centrador and therefore universally for all the formats c) Saucer with orientation by means of low notch or of heel.   All the labeling machines GAI, both mechanical and electronic, they can be equipped with optional for orientation by means of low notch or side notch. The orientation by means of low notch is realized in the first phase of rotation of the bottle in the saucer. In the mechanical machine the draft of the bottle is realized by means of a system of free wheel, and not by means of the notch. The brake that allows the search is controlled by means of an external levy and is employed only at the stretch necessary for the orientation. In case of the electronic machines, the bolt that looks for the notch is of plastic material and it slides in the bottle limiting to the minimum its wear, increasing its useful life. With the orientation by means of low notch a saucer similar to the saucers is had with centrador, for more precise and suitable it for high speeds. Therefore for the changes of format looking for the maximum labeling precision, it is necessary to replace the ring centrador, the saucer ejector and possibly the bolt.Es possibly, by means of the adoption of an appropriate kit, to go on from a saucer with orientation lower than a universal saucer or than a saucer with centrador and ejector.   GAI offers a finished scale of solutions in orientation systems. 4 different types exist: by means of low notch in bottle, by means of commercial in the capsule, by means of mark in the body of the bottle and by means of tag in already labeled bottles. The commercial search in capsule is realized by means of photocells available in standard version or UV that there allows to work with any type of chromatic pairing commercial - capsule (and its regulation is extremely rapid).Se can foresee also the orientation to apply a tag with regard to another already present tag on the same bottle. By means of the use of sensors of optical fiber it is possible to face the labeling with regard to marks in the glass of the bottle or with regard to the meeting of union of the molds of the proper bottle. The internal development of the software of management of the sensors, the careful election of the components hardware and continuous test realized in our test department sgarantizan a big reliability and precision of all the systems of orientation GAI.Para to diminish the maintenance costs and to improve the regulation of the sensors, GAI has developed a solution of “pursuit of the saucer” (from the model 7540) that allows to carry the orientation of the bottle out with the use of 1 or 2 photocells (according to the production speed) instead of the installation of 1 sensor for every saucer.
