ROTARY LABELLER - MAK 2-8 PRO
The labeling machines MAK PRO answer to the requirements of the medium-sized and big companies that need of the maximum precision and quality in the labeling. Different models with productions from 1.500 to 50.000 bph and with possibility of mounting up to 8 modular simultaneous stations for the labeling with cold tail, warm tail ó self-adhesive can satisfy the most demanding applications.
The labeling machines MAK 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 PRO answer to the requirements of the medium-sized and big companies: they incorporate special applications and manage a production with high speeds. They exist in the versions with tail in cold, tail in warm, self-adhesive or combined. FTM, in perfect tuning with the technical office and the builder in Italy, develops special machines with applications proper and personalized under client request. MAK G: Unit for average productions with speeds of up to 25.000b/h MAK GHS: Unit destined for high productions with speeds of up to 45.000b/h MAK GLL: Unit for application of very long tags, also surrounding. It allows a treatment of up to 320 mm.
Stations Modular Hot Melt.
MAK HM: for application: precut tags of role and OPP. System of warming of the tail with team Nordson. Transference of the tail: nebulización on the bottle and distribution in the part put on top by means of distributor “in comb”, with insertion electroneumática of the same one (not bottle - not glue/sin botella/ho there is tail). Car of support of the unit, of tubular structure in steel inox (AISI 304), with system of regulation of the axes X-Y-Z. Car in versions fixes and mobile. Optical compensation • exclusive patent. The patented Follower was introduced to the market in 2014. It is a module that is applied in the labeling machine, which allows to orient the bottles to stick the labels in a precise position with respect to a reference in the bottle. To do this it uses a drastically lower number of sensors (1 instead of 10 for example) when compared to traditional solutions so the end customer reduces format change times in a significant mode. The new version marketed introduces two important innovations for the system. Carbon fiber, which reduces the flexion and weight of the structure and increases the possible production speed, and the linear sweep chamber, which allows the reception of a more complete and undetored image in the vision software so that it can analyze and search for the notch. In this way, the greater complexity of traditional systems, which arises in the "straightening" and gluing of several images, is eliminated.
