The use of plastic wrapping labels in coils, with hot melt application, ensures maximum economic profitability in the production process in the use of traditional OPP or pre-cut paper labels. The modularity of the MAK ROLL FED PRO series, a peculiar feature of our technology allows to replace the roll feed unit with the hot melt unit for pre-cut labels, cold glue or self-adhesives, to meet demands of maximum operational and configuration flexibility.
MAK ROLL FED labelers, intended for the PET high volume labeling market - water and soft drinks sector in particular - offer a production rate ranging from 6,000 b/h to 40,000 b/h.
The roll fed labeling unit (coil holder, tail application roller, cutting roller and film traction roller) is powered by servo motors.
The use of corrosion-resistant materials ensures unlimited durability over time.
The input and outlet stars and the bottle input auger screw are powered by servo motors that ensure torque control.
For cylindrical formats the rotation of the cymbals is produced by means of a motorized belt and for the formats profiled with an electronic cam. In this case an engine, driven from a touch control panel, allows rotation with different bottle formats.
The stainless steel tail roller applies the glue to the ends of the labels.
The machine also allows to work with large plastic containers, with diameters greater than 200 mm.
On all models you can work with empty PET bottles with pressurization on each press-cap head.
