The quality beers have been for the long time an area of big interest for GAI. We have created specific machines for these products bearing in mind its typical problems, from its particular sensibility to the oxidation, up to the big care in the sterilization. This machines family includes the series FM-BIERisobáricas mechanics and the series E-BIER provided with valves electroneumáticas, with all the advantages that the above mentioned have.

The monoblocks rinse - llenado-tapado of the seriesE-BIERthey represent an evolution of high technology for the bottling of beers of high quality. The models of this series are equipped with the electro-pneumatic new valves the ONLY. The satisfaction of our clients confirms the success of this electro-pneumatic valve, patented in the whole world. The characteristics of the valve are the following ones:


- work pressure from 0 to 8 bar
- filling level from 25 to 100 mm of the rim
- filling precision ± 0.5 mm
- minimal oxidation level
- sterilization facility

It is a question of an ideal valve for the bottling of very heterogeneous products like for example frothy wines, calm wines, beers of quality and other food products that demand big attention to the grade of oxidation, the formation of froth and the conditions of sterility.

Rinsing
The bottle is taken the neck by means of a tweezer, to be turned quickly by means of a gear assembly - zipper system. The rapidity of this system allows to have longer treatment times in relation to the number of tweezers. The injector penetrates in the neck of the bottle approximately 75 mm; this depth assures the turbulencies absence in the neck of the bottle and therefore it guarantees the efficacy of the blown one. The injector acts only in the presence of the bottle, without contact existing between he and the proper bottle.  The water injection, microleaked previously, is continued by an air injection, also previously microleaked. The air and water circuits are completely separated. The drained convict alternated to the drained one by gravity, allows a better evacuation of the water being minimal the remaining residue in bottle and the air consumption. The rinsing liquid can be recovered in a closed circuit; this allows not to wet the machine in normal use conditions and allows the recirculation of the solution of rinsing or the use of the same product for the rinsing. Easy sterilization.
The enjuagadora can be provided also in electro-pneumatic version.  Across the tactile panel it is possible to fit the times and the water injection phases, blown of air and drainage. 

 

 

Filling
The filling ones of the series E-BIERelectro-pneumatic are extremely robust, machines finished and extremely easy to sterilize. The feeding of the product is central from below, what diminishes the oxidation, and especially it guarantees an entire emptying of the deposit. The type deposit to annul for all the models and polished internally with finished mirror and conical fund, guarantees an easy cleanliness and finished emptying. The lid also polished to mirror, guarantees the airtightness thanks to its system of mechanical fixation. The analogical probes regulate the level in the deposit and manage so much the electroválvula of feeding as a dumbfounded temporary employee of feeding in spite of unspilling.  The regulation in height of the filling one is an electricity company managed by means of automaton (PLC). The adjustment of centralized level is realized electrically in an automatic way. The connection and the deconexión of the false bottles are carried out manually and singularly. The pistons of elevation of the bottles are pneumatic with return to levy and automatic lubrication. The filling one can be connected to an automatic CIP for the sterilization cycle. 

 

 

Advantages
1. Flexible filling. All the parameters of work, like the gap in bottle, pressure of work (of 0 à 8 bars), partial opening, level of filling (of 25 à 100 mm) and desgasificación cycle they are fixed in the control panel and they can be exact without manual intervention for the user.  In fact it is possible to change type of product of filling into easy and rapid way. The opening of the passage of the liquid can be divided for having a filling time with high flow and to continue a lower flow.  This solution has many vantages in the products filling with difficult characteristics preveniendo the foam formation and helping the precision of the level. 
2. Automatic and centralized adjustment of the level, with scale of adjustment, still with the machine in functioning, from 25 to 100 from the mouth bottle. The form of the valves helps to reach the level that with the employment of the operation of leveled is between the ± 0,5 mm tolerance. 
3. Construction of Doble Canal. The enclosure of the channel of filling and of the channel of comeback gas allows of obtaining precise levels still without leveled. The employment of the leveled one performs all forms advised because gas diminishes the product quantity in the comeback canl with advantages in the beginning of the filling of the following bottle. If the client does not please the comeback in tank of this minimal quantity of product, we advise you to choose the solution E2 with gas comeback in separated deposit. The enclosure of the channel of comeback gas has many advantages in desgaseificación phase with a positive effect as frothy products. 
4. False Automatic Bottle. Automatic and simultaneous position of all the false bottles, always placed in the rim of the machine (from 20 faucets). The false bottle GAI, under tutelage of a patent it specifies, improves the sterilization because the discharge can be opened or closed according to the circuit that is necessary to clean. 
5. Safety of the Cycle of Sterilization. The valves with beginning electro-numático connected with false bottles with discharge circuit allow to create quite established cleaning out flows and that's why effective for every circuit in the filling one. The automatic CIP is recommended earnestly to gain time and for the safety of the cycle of sterilization. 
6. Repetition of Functioning. The cycle of filling, administered by phases on time, guarantees the repetition of the functioning independently of the speed changes in the production line. The work phases can be amejoradas and personalized according to the product that is necessary to bottle amejorando the quality of the work and the productivity. The times are exact in seconds, décimales and hundredth with a repetition of 1/1000 of second. 
7. Control of Presence of Bottle. The proximity of every valve of filling, guarantees the real presence of the bottle and allows the beginning of the cycle of filling exactly when the bottle is fixed in the cone of centred. 
8. Translator of Pressure. The trasductor of pressure of every valve of filling allows the controlo of the pressure in bottle to control the correct development of the cycle of filling and to notice possible badly funcionamientos. The made control panel allows to notice if the gap is not enough, if there is an exploited bottle if there is lacking in levy in the cone, the development of the pressure in bottle in desgaseificación phase and the good functioning of every valve of filling. 
9. Construction with Four Pneumatic Valves. Employment of four electro-pneumatic valves to order individually the circuits of 1. I empty, 2. Gas in tank, 3. Leveled and 4. Desgaseificación. As for the systems with employment of three valves, it is possible to add the valve for the gas in taque that it allows to do the compensation of the pressure in bottle without using the channel of comeback gas (that prepares the dew of drops of product in the bottle).  The installation of an electric tire valve and power connection near the filling valve can reduce the volume of the tube, resulting in benefits in gas consumption, productivity, convenience and safety of machine disinfection. 
The filling cycle can be adjusted through the control panel without manual intervention on the filling machine. Save cycle makes it easier and faster to use format conversion operations. This also ensures more uniform production. 

In bottled beer, it is important to consider oxidation. E-bill Their function allows for minimal oxidation. Moreover, this condition must be maintained so far.  That's why a device injects a spray of water, producing foam in the neck of the beer before the coronal sac. Label: foam, by2 In beer, it is a protection against oxidation and protects the product for the remaining time in the bottle.  The duration of the injection can be adjusted via the control panel using the electric tire valve.  The amount of water is very small and the user must determine its chemical and physical properties.

The coronal capsule is equipped with a centrifugal supplier, which is guided into the lower channel of the capsule. Centrifugal feeding is not autonomous, so external (selective) escalators may be required. The capsule with the correct orientation will land on the channel to the automatic receiving capsule device There's a photoelectric cell in the submergence channel that can control the power supply, and if the capsule is missing, another can stop the machine There is an air flow at the end of the channel to allow the capsule to be loaded into the collar device, and a tire piston prevents the flow of the capsule according to the working conditions. The capsule device is lowered by a cam, which seals the capsule to the mouth of the bottle. Royal capsules are designed from capsules 26 to 29 mm in diameter. When both capsules are used on the same turret, a special conveyor is required.
